St. Joseph Health Care Trust provides one time assistance, up to $500 per client, for assistance with vision exams and glasses, hearing exams and hearing aids, non-surgical dental services (extractions, dentures, cleaning, etc.), doctor visits / medical appointments (including opioid addiction treatment, MRI’s, lab tests), prescription medicines, and medical goods.
