Description:
The Alzheimer’s & Dementia Family Caregiver Training is a research informed program that teaches proven interventions and strategies to successfully care for those living with dementia. The six-session training covers in detail: What to Expect, Communication, Managing Challenging Behaviors, Daily Living and Home Safety, Reducing Stress & Coping Skills, and Planning for the Future. Care partners who completed the training have reported an increased confidence in their caregiving abilities and felt reassured that their loved one is getting proper care.
