The mission of Tarrant Literacy Coalition (TLC) is to empower adult learners and those who teach them with high-quality literacy services and resources so businesses can hire, people can work and families can thrive. We provide direct service classes to adult learners, professional development opportunities for teachers, tutors and volunteers working in classrooms, and advocate and inform the community of adult education issues.
