Tarrant County Diabetes Collaboration (TCDC) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1997 after the Tarrant County Public Health Department and Texas Agricultural Extension Service of Tarrant County (now Texas Agri-Life Extension Service) partnered to develop a community-based approach to address Type 2 Diabetes among people living in Tarrant County.
