Sixty and Better serves those aged 60+ at 25 neighborhood activity centers in 13 communities across Fort Worth and Tarrant County. The organization's signature programs include a congregate meal nutrition program, regular socialization activities, round-trip transportation services to some activity centers, volunteer opportunities, help with federal and state benefits enrollment, and health and wellness classes, such as A Matter of Balance Fall Prevention and Health for Me Chronic Disease Self Management.
